Flavors of the Future – Behind the Scenes of the PROMAR September Seminar

On 23 and 24 September 2025, PROMAR's headquarters turned into a place for meetings, discussions and joint discovery of flavours. It was here that we hosted a seminar for our customers and had the opportunity to show them what we are passionate about every day – creating modern solutions for the food industry.

From the very beginning, we wanted these two days to be more than just a product presentation. We wanted to create a space where knowledge, experience and taste intertwine.

A large part of the meeting belonged to the R&D team. Guests had the opportunity to learn about our individual brands (PROAROMA, PROMASOL, PROMIX) and learn about the wide range of possibilities we offer. The presentations were an opportunity to highlight the most important aspects to consider when creating new products and to share the knowledge and experience of our amazing team.

The time had also come for the most eagerly awaited part of the seminar – tasting panels. The dishes and solutions prepared at the Application Centre, also located at PROMAR's headquarters, provided an opportunity to experience the taste in practice. It was here that theory met culinary reality: we tasted, evaluated and discussed how our proposals could be applied in everyday production.

The results of the seminar exceeded our expectations. Over two days, we collected 2,685 product ratings on a scale of 1–6, answers to almost 200 questions and 132 comments full of specific suggestions and reflections. Such a large amount of feedback is not only a source of knowledge for us, but also motivation to constantly improve our solutions.

Looking back on this event, we feel enormous satisfaction. We would like to thank everyone who was with us for their energy, openness, and inspiring conversations. The seminar showed that our modern spaces really foster cooperation, and shared experiences become the beginning of new ideas.

We are already looking forward to the next meetings – because each one gives us the opportunity to turn ideas into real successes together with our partners.
