Cryomilling (milling in low temperatures) is a technology intended to keep volatile substances in the milled product.
Spices and herbs ground using the cryomilling technique maintain over 50% more oils than those ground using traditional technologies. As a result, e.g. cryomilled pepper can be used in 20% smaller doses while providing a fuller aroma.
Cryomilling makes it possible to standardize production and to maintain even grinding level, as well as light, lively color of the final product.
