IFFA 2025 – the largest food trade fair in the world behind us!

It was six intense and productive days spent at one of the largest meat and food industry events in the world – IFFA 2025, in Frankfurt am Main. This prestigious event, held every three years, each time brings together key players from across the sector, as well as experts, producers and innovators from every part of the globe. For us, it was not only an opportunity to showcase our solutions and products, but also to make many valuable business contacts and have inspiring conversations.

IFFA 2025 in numbers

This year’s edition, from 3 to 8 May 2025, was visited by 63,117 participants from 144 countries – as many as 74 % of whom came from outside Germany. Among the nearly 1,019 exhibitors from 52 countries, the latest innovations could be seen: from automation and robotics to alternative proteins, modern food additives and sustainable solutions for the industry. In total, the fair covered a huge area of more than 120,000 m² – it was a true technology and business centre, and participation has become a mandatory point for all those who want to be leaders in their business sector and stay ahead of their competitors’ activities.

The PROMAR company stand – a combination of modern design and symbolism

Our stand was characterised by a modern, minimalist form, perfectly reflecting our identity and the clear values we live by every day. It was mainly dominated by our company colours – white, black and red, which, combined with design elements, created a coherent and eye-catching whole. The main theme was balls – corresponding to balls of black and red pepper, which became not only an aesthetic element of the display, but also a symbolic relation to our products – the spices and food additives which we produce.
Particularly worthy of attention was a large LED screen, on which a promotional film was projected, showing our production facilities – modern technologies, passion and precision, which accompany us in our daily work. In addition, especially for the fair, we prepared a premiere film presenting the alginate gel production process on the new GeniusMix 300 machine. It was this innovative technology that generated great interest among visitors, becoming the starting point for many technical and substantive discussions.
