WE ARE AT IFFA 2025!
PROMAR is a part of the international trade fair - IFFA - which is organised every three years in Frankfurt am Main.
This is the world's leading fair for the food industry, bringing together companies from all over the world. The upcoming edition, scheduled for 3-8 May 2025, will be held with the motto ‘Rethinking Meat and Proteins’, highlighting the growing role of sustainability and innovation in food production.
PROMAR's presence at this prestige trade fair will be an excellent opportunity to meet our Experts and to showcase our wide range of products and services. Our portfolio includes various product lines - PROAROMA (seasoning mixes, sterilised spices, sauces and marinades), PROMASOL (brine, emulsifiers and stabilisers) and PROMIX (coating systems and alginate casings). In addition, the newest line in the family - PROSERVICE - provides customers with comprehensive services in the development of new products, sensory testing, and support for the R&D team.
The previous editions of IFFA, at which we were also present as an exhibitor, brought together - in 2019 - more than 1,000 companies from nearly 50 countries and, the next edition in 2022, around 900 exhibitors from 44 countries. These figures best describe the enormous scale of the event. Our participation is a necessary step in the direction of consolidating a strong and globally recognisable brand.
