MEETING WITH THE COACH – ALURON CMC WARTA ZAWIERCIE

At the end of March, we had the honor and great pleasure to host an exceptional man in our company - a gold medalist, participant in the Olympic Games, an exceptional athlete - Michał Winiarski!

This meeting will remain in our memory for a long time, thanks to a very inspiring conversation, to which we invited all PROMAR employees. Michal impressed us not only because of his great achievements, but also because of his philosophy on working with athletes.

PROMAR as a company from Zawiercie supports local initiatives and teams - the top team Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie conquers volleyball courts around the world and wins more and more trophies. We are proud to be a Partner of Aluron and support them during the games! Michael's visit was aimed at introducing him to the profile of our company and for us, it became an ideal opportunity to learn more about the coach's work and the challenges he deals with on a daily basis.

Together we came to a very important conclusion - sports and business have a lot in common, and Michal himself also has a lot in common with our CEO - Marcin Marmajewski. Just as Michal leads the Zawiercie team, Marcin is at the head of our Promar family. But the similarities don't end there. It turns out that we also have common goals with our guest - success on the international stage and development reaching beyond the borders of our country!

During an inspiring conversation, Michal Winiarski gave us advice on how to enter a foreign market efficiently, how to prepare for future negotiations - even though, as he assessed, he is not an expert in the business sphere. According to him, the universal value that will empower us as a company and build teamwork is to constantly work on creating a good atmosphere in the team. This will create excellent conditions for growth.

No less important is working for the common good, everyone - both the players in the volleyball club and the employees in our company work together for success! Everyone is equally important and responsible for the ups and downs, which builds mental fortitude and makes the team feel like one.

The meeting finished with photos together and, signing autographs - it was an afternoon full of excitement and emotions!

Just as the Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie team sets trends in the sphere of professional volleyball, PROMAR is at the leader of Polish spice additive producer. The meeting brought us a lot of benefits, we hope to have another one, and in the meantime we wish both ourselves and the volleyball team every success and the realization of all sports and business challenges!
